”Super cute and a very convenient place to stay. Hosts were great to work with and we had no issues in general with the property. 4 star is subjective. The unit has a unique smell, neither good nor bad, but while we were inside we both kept sneezing a lot. Not sure if maybe there was a cat there prior or something else. ”

”Heat wasn’t working, took 2nd day to get it looked at and fixed. I had to repeatedly initiate the communication about this issue. When I was finally contacted, I was told only HVAC repair person could fix it. The next day after I called and texted, a maintenance man(not hvac) showed up and did find the problem. He was very friendly and helpful. The windows were really filthy and carpet needed scrubbed. There was no hot water in kitchen sink. I have never complained about a VRBO rental. We were...

”4.5 starsExcellent response time on communications.I slept in the master bedroom bed, so I can attest to the fact that it was very comfortable for me. I have serious neck and shoulder issues. It is stressful to even think about sleeping in any bed but mine at home. I was so relieved when I tried out the bed (first thing) after I arrived.This condo is everything for location in Johnson City, and is located on the 1st floor of the building. Great parking as well.I give it a 4.5 star rating...
