”Excellent communication, very clean residence, simple check in and check out. Two improvements: 1. The knob to turn the water on and select hot/cold in the tub/shower needs to be replaced. It does not function properly and we were not able to take a hot shower. 2. Make it clearer that the residence is apart of an apartment complex. This fact may not matter to some customers but it would have been a major component for other customers.”

”Newton’s Nest turned out to be exactly as described. Nicely decorated, clean property in a good neighborhood. A/C worked well in high 80’s heat and additional fan in loft area meant it stayed comfortable as well. Good WiFi and TV, washer and dryer worked well. Hosts responded immediately to questions. Will definitely try to book here when I visit family in the area again.”
