”Clean room, except was there for a week didn’t get clean sheets, but did get towels. Staff was excellent with the exception of one staff member at the front desk, asked about staying an extra night due to weather, flight got changed, seemed to be put out and a little rude. Would stay there again.”

”It was a little off our travel route and some construction in the area but all good. It was midnight when we checked in. Front desk clerk was very nice. Very surprised some sort of breakfast wasn't included in the price. The room was set up like any other hotel breakfast but you had to pay 15-16.00 per person. Also had to pay 12.00 for parking!! Did not see that in the description when we booked it. Room was clean and quiet.”

”Front desk assigned us our room and then signed someone else the same room and that person entered our room not knowing. Very awkward! Then when they canceled her key they also canceled our key to our room. Too much back and forth.”

”We were a bit upset with the room setting for the price we paid. We scheduled for a studio with queen bed, but because we had a pet we were placed in a (supposedly pet friendly room) that was somewhat uninviting. No couch, an uncomfortable bed and a recliner which is really not pet friendly, especially if your pet is in an unfamiliar environment. If they crawl under it to hide and someone doesn't know the cat is under it, they can get seriously injured. (not very well thought through on that...
