”David was very helpful, and he allowed us to use their microwave in the kitchenette! Location is great for Downtown Madison, great view of the lake. They provide suggestions for dinner, coffee shops and more!”

”it was christmas so they were understaffed, however the stay was just a good although the lounge was set up differently, it worked but definitely prefer the usual way. i’ve been stayed 6 nights the past two months, 3 different visits and this is by far my favorite staycation in Madison. just need spa amenities ”

”Loved it. There is the train but they supply earplugs, but everything about the hotel makes up for that small thing. Just texted to a friend that I would definitely stay there again. Loved everything about it!! Thank you Ruby Marie.. also, great breakfast!”

”Our room was clean, appointed with fun artwork that you can tear off and take with you. Didn’t use many amenities as we were in and out. We opted to park ourselves and it’s a short walk to the garage, so on a cold night it might be best to take advantage of the valet. The bar area is nice but it was busy and understaffed so we waited quite a while to be acknowledged. Once we placed our order, drinks were made well, the bartender was very nice but a bit overwhelmed and it showed. ”
