”Breakfast wasn't too good”

”A nice hotel and pub with lots of character and very comfortable rooms. The breakfast was lovely and the staff very helpful and present when needed.”

”Large, clean and comfortable room with lux feeling en suite. Loved the breakfast hamper in the room.”

”Just a one night stop on business so no time to investigate in detail but very friendly and helpful staff and a very nice room. Not a big room but nicely furnished and equipped with a kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and a couple of pods, tv, iron and board, etc. comfortable bed. Overall a nice comfortable night’s stay.”

”We loved the spar, hot tub, swimming pool and the sauna. Free parking is available for several cars”

”Boiling hot rooms No breakfast”

”Poor maintenance A/C not functioning Cracks in wall plaster No fridge. Shower had very poor drainage.”

”Hotel was old, worn, dirty and cold. There is no restaurant, and no stores nearby to get food etc. Staff was nice, but that didn’t save the experience. ”

”Good for a stop over. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Easy walk into the centre. Staff let me park motorcycle in a lock up garage”

”Shower did not work. Only one towel in the room. TV did not work. Very dirty floor. Stains on the bed and headboard. Windows don't open fully.”

”The staff really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and were very sympathetic as we were going through a difficult time”

”This was rather an interested stay as the place itself is a bit historical, so if your are not into this type of places, not bother to go. I found it to be very interesting. The rooms was decent and the breakfast was great. Staff was very helpful every step of the way. The in-house Portuguese restaurant is a MUST. Their wings was so good. Make sure to try them..:P”

”Nice touch the fridge and microwave the bathroom and room looked clean But the walls are to thin Close to the road the traffic is all u hear . The people above every move they make you can hear, doors closing and feet stomping . ”
