”The B&B Tim and Ken run is one of the best accommodation experiences I've had in Southern England. Stylishly and sensibly renovated rooms with Scandinavian decor, ensuite amenities included, in an intimate environment – meaning that you won't see people coming and going all the time. This is to say that the atmosphere is relaxed. The breakfast is superb with plenty of choices (I'd go for the homemade bagels). Your hosts will also go that extra mile for you. ”The location was great, though it was a bit hard to find as the entrance seemed to be at the back of the building. Our room was luxurious—everything we hoped for and more! The rooftop bar offered nice views and we enjoyed the continental breakfast at the restaurant for an additional charge. We’d definitely stay again.”

”Only two staff trying to run hotel. Had to wait for a table then service, even though the restaurant only had a couple of people in it. As the girl couldn’t run everything, not her fault. Food was terrible and dry with brown coleslaw. The hotel didn’t seem that busy considering it was Easter weekend. Had the same problem I at the other Premiere Inn hotel in Exeter last year.”

”Hotellin yleistilat nuhjuiset ja epäsiistit, huone puolestaan kaiketi vastikään uusittu ja sisustus oli siisti, joskin ei sopinut hotellin tunnelmaan ollenkaan. Ikkunoista veti paljon ja liikenteen melu oli todella iso ongelma. Yöllä ei saanut nukuttua edes korvatulppien kanssa. Aamiainen oli myöhässä ja hieman sekava, emme tienneet mikä osa aamiaisesta kuului huoneen hintaan ja mikä ei.”
