the room was warm comfortable and spotless The room overlooked the road but the room was very quiet nor could you hear any noise from the bar area down stairs we both slept really well

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms were quite small, but nicely decorated. The one thing that bothered us was that the first room we got, smelled so badly of mold we had to change rooms. The Abbey Hotel Golf & Spa
Food is shocking, hotel feels very tired, feel sorry for the staff. But in a beautiful setting.

The Vale Golf and Country Club
Wifi very poor. Poor selection of biscuits when the clubhouse is so remote and closed on an evening. Breakfast expensive for 1 sausage, 1 poached egg and two fatty rations of bacon and 1/2 a tomato & 1 slice of toast with no marmalade or butter.

Charming,Spacious Manor House with Lake&Pool Table
Fabulous house grounds and facilities. Just spent my 50th birthday here had a private chef on the Saturday night which was perfect in the lovely dining space. Definitely recommend it.
