Nestled in a fantastic seaside location, Viking Bay House offers a welcoming and comfortable retreat for families, friends, and couples looking to enjoy everything the coast has to offer. Thoughtfully designed across three floors, this charming home combines spacious living areas with modern conveniences to create the perfect base for your stay.

On entering the property, you'll find a welcoming hallway, with a convenient cloakroom featuring a WC and basin. From here, stairs lead to the upper floors where the bedrooms and bathrooms are located.

Cook, Dine & Socialise

At the heart of the home is a bright and spacious kitchen which flows seamlessly into the conservatory dining area. The large dining table comfortably seats up to six guests, creating the ideal setting for family breakfasts, relaxed lunches, or evening meals together.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for a hassle-free stay, including a microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine, and coffee machine. To help you settle in, we provide a starter pack containing washing-up liquid, a sponge, cloth, dishwasher tablets, tea, coffee, cooking oil, salt, pepper, and kitchen roll.

A Relaxing Space to Unwind

The first-floor living room is a bright and inviting space, perfect for relaxing after a day spent exploring the local area. Sink into the comfortable seating and enjoy your favourite programmes on the flat-screen Smart TV, with catch-up services and streaming platforms available. Guests can access Netflix, Amazon Prime and other apps using their own login details.

Comfortable Bedrooms for Restful Nights

Also on the first floor is the first of the three bedrooms, featuring a comfortable king-size bed. The family bathroom is located on this floor and includes a bath with overhead shower, WC, and wash basin.

The top floor offers two additional bedrooms. One features a king-size bed and benefits from its own en-suite shower room, while the second is a twin room with two single beds, making it ideal for children or additional guests.

For those travelling with little ones, Viking Bay House is equipped with a travel cot, highchair, stairgate, and infant bed rails for the single beds, helping to make family stays as comfortable and convenient as possible.

by road: The M20 and M2 motorways provide easy links from London into Thanet.

Broadstairs train station is short walk 10-15 min walk down the high st and is regularly served by South Eastern High Speed services travelling to/from London St Pancras as well as trains from London Victoria. The train from London St Pancras takes 80-90 minutes and a little longer from Victoria, and it’s just 50 minutes from Ashford International station

The National Express runs a national network of coach services. Coaches run from London Victoria to various stops in Thanet and take approximately 2 hours.

Frequent bus services: The Thanet Loop serves Margate, Cliftonville, Broadstairs, Ramsgate and Westwood Cross.

There are many local reasonalbly priced taxi companies serving Thanet.

Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable for accommodating them.

★ NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking / vaping inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odour removal and furniture cleaning.
