”The fridge in our room had not been emptied/cleaned out when we arrived. The last guests had left half an opened beer, salad, drinks, etc. After a few requests the beer was taken away but the other junk not, so we finally cleaned it out ourselves.
That was our only issue. Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The bed was super comfortable.
We would stay here again, and recommend it.”

”Most staff were friendly while some were grumping who were serving Monday morning breakfast. Breakfast choices were better the second day if they had enough to serve everyone and kept stocked. I had to ask for items to be refilled just have them run out again 2 mins later with all the guest and the items were not refilled again before she closed the station down with 15 mins left of breakfast time which was only 2 hours to access. ”

”The room was very clean and set up nicely! Everything worked great and the staff were helpful and nice! The only issue we had was that the elevator was not working on our second day there. It was a Saturday and the staff assured us that they were working to get it fixed as soon as possible! By check out the next day the issue with the elevator had been resolved! All in all it was a very comfortable and relaxing stay! I will definitely come back and recommend to others! ”

”Only have the pool and hot tub available, the sauna and steam room were down. Other than that, everything from check in to check out was seamless. Love that the floor was not carpet.
