The hotel has a nice pool area, our hotel room was exceptionally clean, had both a refrigerator, microwave, and plenty of outlets to plug in your electronics. Great location with many restaurants, a shopping mall etc. within close proximity. Definitely would stay here again.”

”Unfortunately, the room we were assigned did not meet expectations for several reasons.
We were placed in a handicap-accessible room, which resulted in a significant amount of water leaking from under the shower curtain across the bathroom floor. The bathroom tile also showed signs of neglect, including loose tiles and missing grout. Additionally, the shower head holder was broken and held in place by a hair clip.
The furniture in the room was in poor condition; the bed was uncomfortable and...

”The staff was so friendly and extremely helpful the building is old yes but in a really cool location our room is located on top of a dam which was really fun to sit and watch all the ducks and the sunset was gorgeous food in the area is great so many choices and then came breakfast three stars for the hotels amenities just because it's an older hotel and the breakfast was not to my standards I would have liked to sit down and eat something I don't know what's with all the hotels thinking bread...

”Staff was friendly, room was clean and loved the multiple elevators. My frustration came when i went to order room service and the menu was advertised as a QR code on the hotel's tv station. The rep taking my order said the menu i was using was the old one, but then did not explain how to obtain the new one...almost seemed as if they did not want me to order. I ended up having to change rooms and that rep was awesome! I moved because of being next to the pool area and it was a bit noisy. ”
