”We’re absolutely thrilled with our stay! The property was spotless, and the staff were incredibly kind. Sadly, my son left his favorite stuffed animal behind, and the staff were so helpful in answering my calls and searching for it. We’re still keeping our fingers crossed that the stuffed animal is still around and that the cleaning crew didn’t accidentally dispose of it! 🙏”

”Great breakfast. Clean rooms. Only real issue was parking. Though, Chris was awesome to offer us his spot and thankfully we found a spot. Second amazing piece. I left my toiletries in the room and Chris looked into it and was able to get them shipped to me which was awesome. Def great stay! ”

”Room was very clean and well prepared. Got some complimentary lotions, shaving set etc from the front desk. Breakfast was nice!! We had coffee and some fruits. Gameroom was ok. We stayed 3 nights. Front desk was helpful too Area was close to shopping mall.”

”The staff were fine, no problem there. The room was very small, meh, but the bathroom smelled strongly of cat urine. I love cats, they should be allowed in hotels, but y'all gotta get some Nature's Miracle or something for when one of them pees in a room. The shower floor was very chipped up and nasty looking, the toilet seat scratched up. It's right in a busy shopping center by the freeway, so it was loud all night, plus random hotel guests screaming in the middle of the night and being...

”The property and staff were amazing!! Everything was great minus the noise from the neighbors next to us on both sides and above us at all hours of the night. Would still stay again though. Very convenient and close to grocery stores and restaurants. ”

”I really like The Hampton Inn, but this one needs some serious help. It’s old and falling apart. We had to change rooms since the A/C in our room was clicking and the staff just said it needs to be replaced. The next room we moved to had a tub faucet that you had to crank really hard to get the water to shut off. It was clean, but just ready for an overhaul. ”Find a better option. This place was understaffed. Our room was dirty when we checked in. There is only one restaurant on site and it is terrible. The kids had fun at the pool but there was only one person watching the entire pool. ”
