The flat occupies the first floor of a traditional red-brick property and is accessed via an internal staircase. The entire flat is yours exclusively for the duration of your stay.

It features a large sofa, a smart wall-mounted television with Netflix, and a charming bay window dining table that seats four. The lounge and dining area flow naturally together, making it easy for families to eat, unwind, and spend time together in one space.
Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals and straightforward everyday stays. It includes a four-ring cooker with oven, a microwave, a washing machine, a hot water kettle, a toaster, and ample counter space for preparing meals comfortably. Starter essentials including tea, coffee, sugar, salt, and pepper are provided for your arrival to help you settle in straight away.
Bedroom The one bedroom comfortably accommodates four guests with a double bed and a bunk bed. The room is colourful and full of personality, with its own wall-mounted television and garden views. Whether you are a family with young children making use of the bunks, or two couples sharing, the room is a practical and cheerful space that works well for the property`s target guests.
Bathroom The light-filled bathroom features a deep soaking bath with shower over, a bamboo bath caddy, and a window with peaceful green garden views — a lovely, calm space to start or end the day. Please note that towels and toiletries are not provided; guests should bring their own bath and hand towels, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner.
Outdoor space The property has access to a backyard, offering a pleasant outdoor space to enjoy during your stay.

Brockenhurst is one of the New Forest`s most beloved and well-connected villages, and Brockenhurst Station Flat sits right at the heart of it all. The train station is approximately a two-minute walk from the front door, making this an exceptional base for car-free holidays, for travellers arriving by rail, or for guests who want to leave the car parked up and explore the region by train and on foot.
From Brockenhurst station, trains to Lymington Town take around seven to eight minutes, putting the coast, Lymington harbour, and the ferry connections to the Isle of Wight comfortably within reach for a day trip. The village itself is well served with cafés, pubs, and local shops, all within easy walking distance of the flat — everything you need for a relaxed stay is right on your doorstep.
The New Forest National Park surrounds the village, and walking trails and cycling routes can be accessed directly from the village and the station area. Whether you are after forest ponies roaming freely, open heathland walks, or peaceful riverside paths, the landscape here is genuinely special and immediately accessible without needing to drive.
For guests travelling by air, Southampton Airport (SOU) is the nearest option. Bournemouth Airport and the major London airports are also within reach for those arriving from further afield.

Late checkout may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Please enquire in advance if you require a late checkout and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Booking Policy
Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.
Guests are not required to pay a damage deposit in advance. However, we reserve the right to charge up to two hundred pounds per stay to the card on file in the event of any damage.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
