”Our room was clean and staff at the front desk was as helpful as she could and friendly. However the room’s wifi never worked even after rebooting and thus the tv in the room never worked either. The router box was hanging off its post, there was no carafe nor coffee for the coffee maker. The hot water handle had fallen apart before we got there so we couldn’t use the shower. The light in the main continued to flicker even when off . The room really could do with a paint refresh. Every time...

”Not too much to choose from in the small town of Fort MacLeod. Red Coat Inn certainly seemed the better of choices. A bit dated and a tad rundown it was clean and convenient. Office were helpful and on-site parking was free. The Fort is well worth a visit.”

”Everything was good . I was disappointed that I was charged a different price than what I booked. Was supposed to be 255.00 with taxes included but was charged 255.00 and then taxes.”

”We were really looking forward to the weekend staying at this property. We felt the pictures and listing of the place to be deceiving. From the photos, we thought we were getting a chalet, but when you book a queen bed room, you're staying at the motel portion. The pictures had no indication that this was a motel, and we were there for our 2 year anniversary and were disappointed when we didn't stay in what we expected. It's a nice motel overall and the restaurant is a great place to have...
