”courteous staff. the guy that helped me with the in room TV really went out of his way. one morning it was pouring the snow down and 19 degrees. i was cleaning the snow/ice off my car and he appeared out of no-where with scrapers and rags-he even offered to help. i am sorry i did not ask his name or try to tip. i would like to give him tip. i am old man and my mind is fuzzy some times!”

”Everything was great with the exception of the noise from the neighboring room. The door separating the two rooms was presumably installed when there was carpet, which resulted in a good gap at the bottom of the door, and with no carpet to muffle the sound, we didn’t have the most quiet of trips. Overall it was a pleasant stay, though. ”
