”The house was very clean, spotless and warm and cozy. Bedrooms were did not seem old, nice bedding. The house had a GREAT heating system, since we went in February. Dan communicates very quickly. ”

”This was the perfect place for my husband and I. It was easy to find and the location was so convenient to the hospital. The beds were super comfy and I loved the coffee bar. Will definitely look to stay again if we have more hospital stays in Brookville!”

”The linens need improvement they were of poor quality. The bathrooms tubs and showers could use updating and/or cleaning. The king bed and futon could be updated. adding hooks or bars to the bathroom walls would be helpful ”

”This was the 2nd time my three friends and I stayed here for an annual HS reunion of sorts. As with last year, we had a good time! The bedrooms are nice with a little room to move about. The house was clean. We did plenty of cooking in the kitchen, too. There were no issues so there was no need to reach out to the host during our stay. My only criticism would be the cooking pans could be better, but we made do. There's a good chance we'll try for this place again next year!”

”Adorable house, great location! A lot of privacy and a very spacious yard. Looking forward to going in spring/summer so we can enjoy the outside more. Communication was excellent! Amenities were well thought out. Would definitely recommend, and already planning to stay again!”

”This place was amazing! Very comfortable and great amenities. My buddies and I stayed here while bear hunting. It was a big upgrade from the rustic cabins we usually stay in that have no running water or bathrooms. What a difference it makes to be able to come back to a warm place, take a hot shower, eat, soak in the hot tub and watch a movie. I will rent this again next year!”
