”The ground floor room was fine, with easy access to the parking area. The shower room was very clean and modern; the bedding was immaculate on a comfortable bed; it was a shame the carpet hadn't been vacuumed. We would have liked a small fridge and a second opening window as the weather was exceedingly hot, but we appreciated the air conditioning. We couldn't see the point of the massive television, that was too close to watch anyway.
The parking area was roomy and secure.

Our room 305 was a top rated room but could be made better with a few little tweaks.
Eg Some of the tiles over the bath need re grouting as do a couple of floor tiles.
The fire escape windows could not be locked properly which gave us a bit of worry about security while we were not in the room.
The outside seating area next to the dining room was overgrown and had lots of weeds.

”Delusions of grandeur. A very small room with barely enough room to open a suitcase, slightly shabby decor. So many cushions on the bed that when you removed them they took up most of the available floor space! Bathroom ok but nowhere to put toiletries. Dinner ok, but nothing special.
