”This place probably has the worst quality/price rating ever. Rooms are small, worn out and dirty. Bed was very worn out with a very poor mattress. Only entertainment in the room was the Holy Bible that was left laying on the table. There were even no glasses on the room (are we supposed to drink straight from the tap?). When we arrived to the place, we were directed to a room that was not cleaned. When going back to the reception, they appologized and gave us another room. When we asked for...

”Baseboard heater clicking on and off kept from sleeping. This was in the second room- the first one was under other guests where we could hear them normal voice and their footsteps. The location to the lift is great but the sound insulation is terrible. ”

”We visited during the summer on our road trip through New England. The town was completely dead. I can imagine it's wonderful in the winter but we were a bit disappointed. The hotel was very nice with good additional services. The spa seemed to be very small so during the peak season I would imagine it gets really growded. The staff was friendly and overall I'm happy with the place (+ we got the nigth at a bargain price). The breakfast was nothing to write home about.”

”The resort is nestled within a beautiful setting of mountains and the great town of Manchester With the best bookshop ever ! The equinox is a grand old building and I can only speak to my double queen room in the main hotel. Although clean I think the resort could do with an uplift of paint and window replacement. The front desk was friendly but not informative . The pool could stay open later than 8 pm. And the restaurants are really expensive so perhaps dine in the town. The golf course is...

”The staff is great and the room was clean and comfortable. We were there with snow on the ground and we were disappointed that they didn't get a fire going in their community room. We wanted to sit and play games there but it was too cold. He said they only do fires on the weekend, which was really something I believe they should consider changing. People pay to stay during the week too.”
