”Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was relatively clean. Pillows on bed were basically throw pillows. Very uncomfortable. Shower handle was very loose so shower was either red hot or cold.... middle was not an option. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.”

”They were in the process of a remodel. Not sure if our room on the first floor was completed or not. Some things looked new (bedding, carpet) but others were obviously very old. Caulk and paint around door frames was horrible. Paint drops on tile floor and paint spray on door handle. Workmanship very poor. Loose tile in the corner behind the door. Fan in bathroom was taped on the wall above the towel rack. After showering and using the fan, there was dust all over the white towels on the...

”We had a cabin with 2 double beds— very clean, refrigerator, good a/c, coffee maker. Comfy beds with 4 nice pillows! Not updated by modern standards but very nice! 1/2 mile from the very cool Cumberland Falls overlooks.”

”We had a flood at our house and had to cancel. We bought the insurance and was still denied any kind of refund. We love the hotel and the staff is always great but we will not be staying there anymore. We will find a different hotel as our daughter and grandkids live in summerset ky.”
