”The breakfast was okay I guess, the eggs made my child sick. The pool had a poop turd floating in it. Unattended kids in the pool slashing water on everyone. ”

”Pros: Staff was friendly and helped with problems that arose. Cons: constant dog barking, people yelling and fighting banging on walls and floors, weed clouds everywhere (not everyone wants to be forced to inhale that all day everyday) ”

”We were told upon arrival that the hotel was without air conditioning and it wouldn't be fixed until Monday. We should have taken that as our chance to change hotels. The room was comfortable at first but got warmer through the afternoon evening. No fans were available when we checked later in the evening. The happy hour snacks had been attacked by the many kiddos running through the building so we were lucky to dig out a few gold fish and some pretzel mix from the snack containers. The...

”Very clean facility and friendly staff. Coffee machines dispense fresh ground coffee and was perfect; not like the often very week coffee you find at other hotels. ”

”Staff were great. Room was larger than expected. Beds were more of an oversized double. The room upon entry smelled of deep fryer grease and there were huge stains all over the couch. We didn’t sit on it. Washer and dryer came in handy but they didn’t have soap. Dishes needed to be washed before use. Probably just someone who dropped the ball on housekeeping that day. ”

”Was dirty. Gang writing on the elevators up and down arrow. Was giving the wrong room at first. Room was t the cleanest and the air conditioner wouldn’t stay on. Next morning while having breakfast (not that good) worker locks the door while I am in there and says he has to lock it cause homeless people and others that live close to there come in there and eat. ”
