”Very beautiful 100 year old house, with period furnishings. It is very clean and the hostess was nice and helpful. It is walking distance to the town of Barre which has several dining options and nice downtown. The breakfast was excellent, made with local produce and ingredients. It is a great location as a base to visit different places in Vermont.”

”Hotel was clean and very inviting especially with a big dog show nearby. Room was very clean and comfortable. Hotel staff was mostly friendly and helpful but some staff need to understand what customer service means. It was nice to have kitchen facilities and a full size frig but not great having to rent a kitchen package if you wanted to cook. Overall a nice and clean place to stay and would stay again.”
