”The rooms were clean, but just a little outdated. I didn't realize that safes are only in premium rooms and like many other hotels, bath tubs are now an upgrade too. Otherwise the beds were comfy, the rooms were clean, the staff were friendly and helpful (especially the ones at breakfast) and there were some nice amenities even though we didn't use any of them. It was also nice to be not too far from the airport or Spruce Meadows, plus we were able to walk to two different malls. We had some...

”The guy at the front desk was very rude and unaccomodating. My confirmation for the reservation didn't say anything about needing a credit card it just said to bring that card you used for the reservation which was my debit Mastercard. He refused to check us in or let us give a cash deposit and just turned us away. I asked to speak to a manager and he would not even get anyone. Do not recommend this place at all.”
