”Me and my family enjoyed our stay at Glenmore. Spent our days in Banff and this hotel was a good place to spend the nights. Room service, friendly front desk, conveniently located near the freeway, food and gas. Nothing fancy but definitely did the job it was a clean safe space. The plaza seemed a little questionable upon first glance but there is actually some good food and the parking is very convenient. I do not regret my choice! ”

”I have an autistic son and he got into a little mischief at the hotel and when I advised one of your staff members YURI who was present he rolled his eyes at me and gave a little chuckle in disgust after I had informed him my son was autistic. I was disgusted and angry by his display. Surely if you are going to hire someone and they represent your company that they can show a little empathy and understanding and provide a little grace. ”This hotel was awesome and I had such a wonderful time. Use the service that will pick you up and drop you off at the airport, you will not regret it and stay on the floor that includes breakfast, it’s amazing. There is no up charge to ask for a city view so ask for it, the back of the hotel faces a warehouse so city view is best.”
