Bring your whole family for endless memories on the Winchuck River, just 1/4 mile from the beach. Completely remodeled and ready with plenty of kitchen space, dining room seating, two separate living spaces, 4 porches and a hot tub overlooking the river.

Only 1/4 mile from the Crissey Field State Park beach access and minutes to shops & restaurants.
If water and rest are what you seek, enjoy the river, hot tub and beach in this quiet location.

As advertised and well managed

Easy and enjoyable process. Seems like the property hadn’t been used for a bit as there was dust and some dirt almost everywhere. Hot tub and table tennis were great

Fun For All!

This was a relaxing, bonding and fun house.We appreciated the kid’s bunk, 2 king and 1 queen bedrooms with comfortable mattresses. The large, long dining table enabled us to enjoy meals together. Some of us enjoyed the hot tub, some the ping-pong table and others the TV. The spacious house allowed us to spread out and feel uncrowded. our little granddaughter wanted to live there forever.!

On River to ocean

Great for fishing, floating to ocean, access to ocean beach, great for hiking. Plenty of space for all to spread out in the house. Best part was being able to fish the river for all plus sit on the deck and visit. Fantastic!

Great family vacation

Fantastic Vacation Rental!

We rented this house for a girl's basketball tournament and were a party of 4 families total. There was plenty of space for everyone! The kids had plenty of room to spread out upstairs in the living room, while the adults got the downstairs living room. The kitchen was very well stocked, with even a blender and Crock-Pot. The hot tub was nice and hot, and there was a propane BBQ for us to use. There were a ton of bath and beach towels, and just was very well set up for a large group. The owner was great to communicate with and we are looking forward to renting this house again.

Gorgeous spot

This home and property are gorgeous. Close to the beach, which is just across the highway about a 2 minute drive and 2 minute walk. Close to town, shopping, hiking. The hot tub works very well. The large kitchen had everything we needed to cook for a large group. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The upstairs area was perfect for our teens to have their own space. Right on the river, which you can not get down to, but it's absolutely beautiful. I would recommend for large groups looking for a beautiful place to stay. The property owner responded quickly to all our messages. All around a fantastic stay. Thank you so much for sharing this little slice of heaven!

The perfect getaway spot

We had two families in the house, and there was enough room that everyone was able to spread out and not be on top of everyone. The 2 separate living areas were a nice addition to the house. The kids were able to hang out in the on area if they were winding down or waking up before anyone else was up. The house has every update you could ask for a double oven with an air fryer mode or convection oven mode. The house sitting on the river was one amazing setting with all the wildlife we got to see from the back deck or while sitting in the hot tub. In our opinion the house set the perfect distance from town and it was a quick walk to the beach. The house sits on a very quiet street. Johnathan was so easy to get ahold of if and when you have questions, and he was very helpful when we did. We can't wait to book it again.
