This house was perfect. Larger than I imaged and views are breathtaking. We had a coffee pot that didn't work, and when I let the property manager know, we had a new coffee pot within an hour. Would absolutely stay here again and refer my friends!

Comfortable place, great location, AMAZING views. Shout out to Jolene (housekeeper). I left my jewelry box with some expensive pieces in it & she & Ron (property management) made sure it was safely returned to me (the lady in their office was extremely nice when I picked it up). This is the second time I've stayed at a Pacific Properties location & I am impressed by them.

This apartment was Awesome! My husband and I had such a wonderful experience. We were so impressed with the beautiful views. The bed was very comfortable and it was so nice having the windows open and hearing the ocean. We would highly recommend this beautiful place.

Excellent Property and Location

We stayed at this property for 2 days during our coastal road trip vacation, and it was really the highlight of our trip. The property was very clean and maintained, and the ocean views were amazing. All the rooms had a great view of the ocean/beach, and the living room even had floor to ceiling windows. The path down to the beach was a really nice perk too. Would love to stay here again!

Spectacular

This place is fabulous. The view and area are wonderful. We were very concerned when we discovered a widow over the refrigerator that goes to a room over the garage with a view of the whole unit including the bedroom and bathroom. This was very creepy.

Nice place with a wonderful view!

My wife and I celebrated our 30th anniversary with a trip to the Oregon coast, and it did not disappoint! Our stay in Brookings was excellent. Our view of the ocean from the deck was nothing short of amazing! The place was clean, but could use a little updating at some point. If we ever return to Brookings, we'd certainly stay here again!

Oregon Coast 3 Night Stay

This property is exactly as described with spectacular views. The Brookings harbor is so close with wonderful restaurant options. We enjoyed the easy access to Harris Beach and the short drive to the Natural Bridges. Highly recommend this rental.

Amazing ocean view, short walk to beach

This home has it all! One bedroom with an ocean view, large living room and separate sun room/family room with large pane windows to enjoy wonderful sunsets. The sun room has 2 large sliding glass doors that open up to a balcony facing the ocean. There is a large staircase that leads done to a lovely beach where we discovered many tide pools filled with starfish and other fun creatures. The home was clean, comfortable, quiet and located close to shopping and several beaches. Highly recommended and we would stay there again next year!

Great location and nice beach

Despite being right on the 101, traffic noise is almost entirely absent due to the volume of the waves. I was worried about navigating the tight parking and small driveway, but it ended up not being an issue at all, and it's lovely falling asleep to the sound of the surf. Beach access is easy and, for those not used to stairs, the staircase does have several resting points built in with benches positioned to enjoy the view. The property was clean, although ants were a problem. Check in was easy with clear directions. The space does get full sun and was really warm the first night and there is no AC, but it cools down and stays cool if you open all the windows to let the ocean breeze in.

Sheets were torn, not enough sundries or bathroom supplies to last for our stay. Had to contact property mgr. at least 3 times to request items. Have stayed here before and it is not the quality it was previously. Will no return to this property.

Fantastic

Stunning views from every room in the house. I had no clue how spacious this was going to be and am looking forward to booking it next year. The stairway to the beach is approximately 200 steps. Not an issue if you pace yourself and take mini breaks at each landing. Overall, I was extremely impressed.
