”The front end and vallet was very helpful and nice my son loved thr record player in the room and my 13 year old loved the hested pool it was great location on the last night my room didnt feel like the AC was working and the kid hung up on me and said ill try and find a fan but overall super nice and suepr clean it was enjoyable overall”

”The room is very convenient for walking around Boston - and is right next to Boston University (noise). Unfortunately the noise from the city (sirens, traffic, yelling, etc) and light were very loud/noticeable. The room has only metal blinds and would greatly benefit from room darkening, heavy curtains to help eliminate some of that.

”This was the sixth time I stayed at the hotel. I first was given a room that had horrible noise. I took a video of the situation, went downstairs to the front desk and was given another room (they tried to have me wait for the technician first). the new room was ok, however, as a gold status I did not get upgraded for the second time I have stayed at the hotel.
The rooms are quite outdated, but understood they are in the process of renovating the rooms.

”The hotel is clean and has a nice design. The shuttle service e.g. to Harvard square is handy although it does not return between 3.40-6.40 pm. Breakfast is great for American standards. Extra bed in three person room was surprisingly good. Biggest problem is the bar in the middle of atrium. If your room in by that atrium hole (ours was in 11th floor), you will hear A LOT of noice.”
