”Excellent hotel in all terms”

”The place was clean, conveniently located, inexpensive, and had a nice bar/restaurant attached to it.”

”The hotel was clean, the beds comfy and the staff very friendly and helpful. The property itself was extremely dated and the bathrooms not well laid out. Really not up to Marriott standards. I feel like we severely overpaid for a mediocre property.”

”Property needs a lot of attention”

”The front desk staff were truly nice and helpful. It was nice to have a friendly chat after a day of travel for the World Cup game. The lobby was clean and decorated, and they even had welcome packets with information on local businesses. Some parts of the hotel is a bit worn out but it was safe and clean.”

”The employee at the front desk showed no enthusiasm what-so-ever when we arrived for check in. I don’t expect much, but when the receptionist looks annoyed when customers arrive, it does not paint a good picture of the hotel. Other than that, a decent hotel for a few nights.”

”Room was neat andborderly. All amenities worked properly. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very professional”

”Stayed with wife and kids 9+4 for a kids tournament. Staff were great , breakfast was great. Rooms are really outdated though. The staff still clean but it's just old carpet and finishes that look dirty and have rips in them. Again not the staffs fault but a little push by ownership and some upgrades, this place could be a real find. Great area. Bowling alley and games arcade a 1 minute walk across the parking lot.”

”Nothing to brag about”

”When I arrived a young man said to me, “ You would be better off going down the road. This place is a circus!” He was correct. I should have moved on.”

”The facility appeared to be clean however for the price of the room per night it wasn’t worth it. The room itself had a smell. It honestly smelled like old ramen. The cabinet’s door handles were falling off. The cabinetry was very dated. In the bathroom the sink had cracks in it. This property seems more suitable for a short stay not any extended stay.”

”Very nice experience! Clean and modern rooms with comfortable beds, nice swimming pool and whirlpoo open all day longl, all-purpose breakfast, friendly staff. Only drawback is the lack of a decent pedestrian sidewalks to the nearby Dedham train station and Legacy Place shopping mall.”

”This was one of the least maintained Hampton Inns we have stayed at. Breakfast was good. Parking lot had cars blocking center with people smoking weed and dancing, not great for kids to witness. And the hotel staff would not allow guests to change the television channel to something our group was interested in watching. The one lady working behind the counter insisted she was going to watch what she wanted to.”

”Great location if you want to stay near Gillette Stadium.”
