”Had issue with for alarm for both nights I’ve stayed. Looks like blood stain on curtain. Sheer part of curtain was all ripped apart. Despite the sign hung to not to be disturbed someone did come in.
Called the manager, she got agitated by the fact that I called her cell, instead of the semi-establishment
Will not be ever going to stay with them and cannot recommend.”

”Hole in the door, the shower was broke did not help to fix it. I told her about the door. She said we still couldn’t put me in a different room I had booked the Jacuzzi room. Did I receive a Jacuzzi room said I booked the wrong room not never staying here a again no elevators”

”When we walked in the front door, the entry and lobby smelled so good - EVERY day.
Our room and bathroom were very clean. AC was wonderful.
Room was spacious. The bed and pillows are very comfortable.
Christina at the front desk was always warm, friendly, cheerful and helpful- no matter the time of day. She is a HUGE plus to this location.
Breakfast was exceptional for a "hotel breakfast."
Suggestion: More lights are needed on the side of the room above the fridge/TV/dresser area. Too dark on...

”I didn't even get my rooms, staff was not very nice very dismissive of the issues at hand. The power was out so no one could check in. The police was called on some people at the premises before we left to find other accommodations. They did state they would give a full refund. But, I have yet to see one and I've tried contacting the them about it. No answer from there phone.”
