”Breakfast was good, staff was rude, pool had no towels and no lighting. When asked staff, they said they only had 3 towels for the roughly 10 people in the pool. The room air unit was bringing in cigarette smell from somewhere and stunk up our room. ”

”We stayed on a Monday night. The parking was excellent. It was very quiet. Hot water came out of the faucet fast. We would stay there again. Convenient to stores and restaurants.”

”Hotel loud dog barking. They have no breakfast or pool. They do not give you do not disturb signs. Husband is handicapped asked no housekeeping. The manager said they have to come in everyday. Went to a festival out late wanted to sleep in...nope 8:30 am knock on door do you need towel no we are trying to sleep paid for a hotel to sleep could not. We left day early do to have having a good night sleep found a different hotel. Beware you will not get a good night sleep here!!!”

”Fantastic stay at the Louisville Holiday Inn Airport South! The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. A huge thank you to the wonderful staff, especially Ashley, and the team at the Bar & Grill for their amazing service. The breakfast was high quality, and the airport shuttle was incredibly convenient and punctual. I will definitely stay here again!”
