”Breakfast”

”Didn’t like that there was restaurants in hotel rather than breakfast. No microwave in rooms. Got locked out of room day of checkout almost 2 hours before checkout time. Had to have staff reopen it because they couldn’t get me a new a key that worked. Staff was very helpful. Overall stay was good”

”I didn’t eat the breakfast menu this time but it’s usually fresh and good. The parking was very safe. This was the first time that I encounter ants in the bathroom. And the room was cold at night ”

”Beautiful hotel. Did not receive the room I reserved online. Walls are thin, in my room I could hear the people in lobby along with the music they play over the speakers in the lobby, which was kind of weird. Lots of cute sitting spots around for someone to have a private conversation. Great Starbucks attached to hotel with good breakfast. The restaurant/bar was decent, it did get very crowded and noisy but they have a great outdoor patio. The room was very night and comfortable. ”

”Nice hotel. Good breakfast! Nice to convene with family in the lobby area! Nearby parks and walking trails! My only complaint is the knee buster towel rack in the front of the sink. Poor design. When you are using the bathroom sink, there is a towel rack on the front of the sink cabinet that hits you in the knees.”

”They had us down for two rooms, which I did not reserve. A couple who was there with us, arranged their own room and I knew that. So I want to know how Expedia had me down for two rooms. I need a refund from Expedia NOT from Hilton. I will be calling Expedia for an explanation and a refund.”

”Very friendly team right across all areas. Smart and stylish hotel. Great amenities with lovely outdoor pool and hot tub area. We had a fabulous room on the 27th floor with amazing views. Breakfast was delicious and good options available. Healthy and tasty, all prepared in your eyesight. Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.”

”The room looked really great. We had such an amazing few of downtown from our floor. The staff were very friendly and helpful when trying to navigate things to do in the area. The bar/lounge was a nice touch to the hotel and the food was amazing. The hotel was near so many things such as other bars and restaurants that were in walking distance from the hotel. The hotel was in such a great accessible area of downtown. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you ever stay in Minneapolis. I’m...
