”The only reason why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 stars is mainly because there were audio issues with the TV on all stations. They said it was a system problem and most likely not going to be fixed before I leave. I stayed 3 nights and it was rough trying to watch tv. The bed was comfortable. ”Overall, a very nice hotel. This Courtyard site was attached to a larger Marriott Bonvoy which was convenient. The Kip's Irish pub restaurant was very good. Overall a good hotel, they offer nice breakfasts on the Courtyard side, but they are not free.
Only complaint was during a 4-day stay, we put in for a housecleaning midway through the stay and never received it. Had we stayed longer, we would have reconciled that. Disappointed that something got lost in translation.”

”It's a beautiful building but we definitely wouldn't stay there again. We've stayed in many different hotels around the country, some more expensive, some greatly less. We've found that the we get More perks at the lesser expensive places. This place charges awfully high prices for the breakfast, for example if you get toast, cereal and Danish it's $12, if you want to add a hot item it's $18 , if you want to add an omelette it's $23 and a beverage is $5 more!! ”Upon check in, we weren’t informed of the continental breakfast, found out about it after checking out. The room was in the basement with a lack of view and was dark. No elevators, have to carry luggage up the stairs. The room was hot upon checking in, it was 78 degrees, the ac didn’t kick in until the next morning and finally reached 72 degrees.
