”The staff was great and very friendly. The breakfast was basic but decent. I love that they have coffee available all hours in the lobby. The rooms are a little outdated but clean. The TV is a little small for these days. Overall, it was a comfortable and quiet stay. ”

”Overnight staff was not helpful or kind. Could not Initially find our reservation when I had advised to did the self check in. No explanation of the property. We were offered to upgrade but he did not say there was a time limit or had to be decided right then. When we asked about it after he was quite rude in his tone stating it was too late, we would have to pay for another room.
After I proceeded to say it was fine. He kept going as to why we could not take the upgrade in a rude tone.

”This hotel was amazing!! The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The room was so nice and so clean. The design and character of this hotel was absolutely beautiful, like nothing I’ve ever seen before! It was 10/10. I will for sure be going back here whenever I need a place to stay in the cities.
Didn’t do any shopping, as I had an event to go to. But lots of bars and restaurants around. The restaurant in the hotel was lovely too!
The only thing was parking. Luckily we found a meter right...

”Really liked staying here. The room was clean, and most staff friendly. My only complaint is that the food shuts down at 9pm sharp. So last call is around 8:20. We were in town for a tournament and none of our girls could eat after play requiring us to over pay for Uber Eats. I would think if there are events, they could better staff. ”
