”The first night was noisy a car came into car park at 2am and was blasting music out and guest or two banging doors and knocking on door
The second night was better. Only a two night stay for an event.
Housekeeping on Saturday did not replace complimentary tea and coffee bin not emptied and beds not straightened up after 1st night.
It's basic no thrills hotel. Also lift out of order.”

”What a deceptively lovely place to stay. The exterior hides the warmth and friendliness inside.
Beautifully up to date and simply designed interior. Easy to navigate and super clean.
Access to the rooms can be up the fire escape stairs from the rear car park, best for us, or through the bar. And we took advantage of the cutlery and plates offered for our takeaway. Brilliant!

”In general the hotel was of a good standard the food was very good at breakfast I feel that it lacked choice and beverages should of been more accessible.
The bedroom was of a very good standard but lacked a blind so that the curtains could be open and still have privacy where as now once the curtains are open there is no privacy and people can look in from the car park. The shower area could do with a shelf for the shampoo and body wash or dispenser.”

”This was hands down the friendliest hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff was extremely kind, helpful, and cheery. They made us feel at home and went above and beyond to accommodate us. The wait staff was exceptional as well. The food was excellent, the setting idyllic, and location walkable to The Chatsworth House!
