”This place is fantastic! The room was spacious and clean, and the location was great. The staff was also nice and helpful. I'd definitely come again!”

”The room was comfortable and the shower was great. No breakfast option available, but there is a great spot just a few steps away. Room service was quick and very good. There is a speaker in the bathroom to listen to what is on the TV. Only issue is if there is an event with the rooftop bar, you can hear the music if you are on the 5th floor. The music stoped by midnight. ”

”The hotel is a convenient location. There are lots of restaurants nearby and the mall is a 10 minute walk. The property and the rooms are clean and staff is helpful. They also have a very good complimentary breakfast.”

”The front desk was very helpful with their driver(taxi), Charlie to bring us back from car rental return at airport and taking us early the next am to train station. The restaurant there, Fletchers’, which is not related to the Omni, was absolutely terrible.”

”Check-in was a bit of a problem as someone was unexpectedly in my room, maybe didn't check out when they were supposed to be I t room appeared to be booked to me in system. Some noise I. The evening from guests on the floor. Should be quiet rules after midnight or 1am. Otherwise, clean and comfortable and housekeeping excellent”

”This hotel was seriously so beautiful and peaceful. Everything about the stay was relaxing, and I loved how close it was to so many good food spots you could just walk to. The whole vibe here was comfortable and quiet, and it honestly made the trip even better. The only small issue was the bathroom door knob, but overall everything else was perfect :) I’ll most definitely be staying here again.”

” Sent to multiple rooms at check in.All were dirty, Shortage of housekeepers. very difficult for front drsk employees. Many unhappy guests. Overpriced. Location noisy. Traffic racing by all night! no on site restaurant, although brewery/pub next door just downstairs with excellent food and beer. Would not stay here again.”

”Beautiful room but uncomfortable pillows, needs full length mirror and mirror outside of bathroom. Very loud ac system. Hotel is under renovations but we were not told this at time of booking. Not a major inconvenience but a bit disruptive. Had to travel to another floor for ice machine. Great location and paid parking onsite is helpful”

”The best thing about the place was the staff. Check in was backed up and a fiasco, but staff managed it effectively and were very nice. Parking was fine, water pressure was good. There was an intense smell everywhere which I couldn’t identify. If it was a the smell of a cleaning agent it had a caustic edge to it. The chair in the room was whooped. Peeling pleather. Sticky. The laminate floor in the room was likewise very sticky, The morning coffee set up was pretty pitiful. We arrived...

”Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise...
