”Absolutely beautiful hotel in the old jail, so many of the original features with a modern feel. Breakfast was incredible, best eggs Benedict I’ve ever had and the continental selection was amazing. ”

I asked if I could leave my bags in the lobby and check in after and she said, "If I did that she could not grantee she could check us in." because she would be too busy. ”A lovely room in a converted stone building, separate from the main pub. Comfortable king-size bed and a small but adequate bathroom with an excellent rainfall shower. The only snag was the too-heavy duvet; we boiled on the first night! The second night we took the cover off it & slept under that. Good breakfast but we would have preferred to be able to eat at 8.30 instead of 9am.”

Das Cottage ist sehr modern jedoch gemütlich eingerichtet mit jeglichem Komfort wie Wasch und Spülmaschine. Es liegt etwas abseits und der Weg zur Farm ist etwas rau aber wenn man eine ruhige Lage sucht ist man hier goldrichtig.
