”C’était pas propre”

”The hotel was in a neighborhood of crackheads and drunks, hanging in and around the property. The hotel looked terrible, it looked dirty, the windows were filthy and blinds looking at the blinds from the outside was filthy as well. it has the appearance of a place where hookers/prostitutes may go to sleep with someone for quick money. The place looked nothing like the pictures that we saw online. The front desk clerk was rude and nasty, because I refused to stay in such horrible conditions...

”The room has a musty, stale smell as soon as I got there. The shower didn’t properly drain. It was fire red hair over everything and nats flying around. To make matters worse they called around 9am and I never requested a wake up call. I seriously drove from VA and still had to drive to Baton Rouge and needed all my sleep. Please do better”

”Several issues. Bugs in room, alive and dead. Phone lit up but did not ring ruining my wake-up call. My "quiet" requested room was close to the outdoor pool and facing the noisy street. Shuttle driver left 10 minutes before schedule, causing me to wait for next one 30+ minutes later, causing lateness to an event. ”The property needs to be updated. Definitely nothing like the pictures. The first floor smelled like sewage. Our bathroom still had hair on the floor and it didn’t have a clean roll of tissue. You know how you walk in a room and it feels clean, I didn’t get that feeling.”

I got stuck with a handicap room unexpectedly, so it would have been nice to have known about this or been given another option up front as I know there were other rooms available. ”‼️HORRIBLE‼️ Once we booked the apartment they ask you for a $ deposit the same day you are supposed to check in and they make you send it through zelle/cashapp which is very unsafe and unprofessional and no way of us knowing our money will be refunded. They also make you pay for 20$ parking for each day you stay if not your car will be towed.
