”Called the hotel to verify pet friendly etc. We were told 3 dogs under 37lbs were OK. We arrived with one 18lb service/medical alert dog and 2 under 15lbs pets. We were not told about non refundable pet fee and 2 dog minimum. Desk staff contacted manager and they canceled our reservation. I understand the policy but I specifically called to verify. This was our second bad experience with LaQuinta and there will NOT be a third.”

”I have never met a more disrespectful staff. Every time we asked a question, we were met with indifference and even worse, rudeness. The hotel description states rollaway beds are available, but we could not find anyone behind the desk who would take the time to help us. We had called about this matter a few times before arrival and then once we checked in.
