The property owner provided an incorrect lockbox code to access the home and it was in a dark area where you have to walk on grass to access and the mosquitoes were horrendous. The local deli is not open on Saturdays nearby and I wouldn’t feel comfortable walking downtown from the property at night. Lastly, the bathroom sink was clogged, badly.”
