Saint Simons Island is a charming southern island with all the amenities and services conveniently located including PO, fitness centers, doggie day care, urgent care, churches, chiropractor, doctors, nail and hair salons, shops, dining and hardware, etc.
The Skiff Landing community has private access off of Frederica Rd. Nestled behind Longview Plaza, directly behind Shore Birds beverage store.
Travel along the private drive, passing the pond on your left and proceed to the last building on the left. There is 1 assigned parking space (B8) to the unit and convenient guest parking across the assigned space.
Guests will have full private access to the entire condo, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and balcony.
Self-check-in is available via keypad, with your unique entry code provided prior to arrival.
One assigned parking space (B8) is included, along with additional guest parking nearby.

• Prior to your stay, we require you to complete our Pre-Arrival Form, and sign & agree to our Rental Conditions.
• The individual making the reservation must be at least 30 years old, must be staying at the property for the duration of the reservation, and may not book on behalf of another person or group. Third-party bookings are not permitted.
• The home is located in a quiet residential community and is best suited for guests looking to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing getaway.
To preserve the experience for all guests and neighbors, parties, events, and excessive noise are not allowed. We ask that all guests respect community & HOA rules, parking regulations, and quiet hours throughout their stay.
• Community pool access via key cards provided
• Includes 2 bikes + beach gear for guest use
• Exterior noise: Due to nearby restaurants as well as the condo community, early morning dumpster noise will occur
• Due to proximity to corporate airport, there will be occasional air traffic
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
• Long-term stays (29+ nights) are welcome
• The home is professionally cleaned before each stay
• Pet Rules: Dogs are welcome (Sorry! No cats!). Max of 2 dogs. Must be house broken and well-behaved. Dogs must be leashed at all times outside. Please don't allow dogs on the furniture. Owners must clean up dog waste. $200 non-refundable pet fee per stay.
• No smoking inside. Smoking inside the property will incur a $500 extra cleaning fee.
• FedEx and UPS are the only forms of delivery. There is no access to the mailbox and therefore USPS deliveries can't be accepted.
