”Host interaction. We checked in on a Tuesday and noted one of the beds had a broken support under the mattress, which made it totally uncomfortable! We reported it right away and provided pictures. The property manager asked if we wanted it fixed during our stay and we responded we would indeed like it fixed ASAP. We never got a response to this.
