”Ashdowns is a very comfortable B&B in scenic surroundings in Dover. Gary is an excellent host and goes out of his way to make you feel at home during your stay. Our room was immaculate and very comfortable, and lots of nice extra touches are provided. Breakfast was excellent.”

”This was a very peaceful location, with plenty of opportunity to see the local wildlife. The pod was well laid out with a spacious deck and comfortable seating. The access road to the units is single lane gravel, rutted and extremely steep, and should be noted as 4wd only. We had to back out all the way in our front wheel drive vehicle. ”Easy access and lovely location with wallabies visiting morning and evening. Well equipped kitchen and pantry was an absolute bonus. Two bedrooms with queen beds and one also included bunks so great for larger families. ”Great eco-lodge for couples - clean, comfortable, and including a well-equipped kitchenette. Pademelons roamed the grounds, and the beach is just across the road. There’s a small local grocery shop just down the street, and it also sells petrol in case your car runs low. Great quiet location and a very neat and comfortable lodge.
