”Excellent hotel located in a beautiful zone of Naples. Great transportation option with subway 3 blocks from the hotel. General maintenance of hotel is good. We found two issues, the sink was not draining properly and the TV remote was missing batteries. Those issues were corrected immediately by the hotel staff. ”We liked the hotel. Biggest problem was 3 weeks before our stay when we made the booking, 5 days. Quite soon on next day, we wanted to prolong our stay by one day up to 6 days. ”Room was extremely clean. Good shower, lightning and bed. Close to gym, supermarket and train station. Building was a bit noisy, can hear neighbors and streetnoise very well, but with earplugs it was ok. Area feels unsafe, but nobody bothered us, so maybe it was just a feeling. ”Not far from all good food options. Small supermarket round the corner. Coffee shop next door to the building so handy for pastry’s. Accomodation is great and very spacious and large. However, if you sleep in the main bedroom it is on the main busy road I could not sleep in this room however my children could it did not disturb them. Otherwise great and lovely property. ”

”The property and owner were very gracious. We had an unfortunate travel delay with a flight cancelation and rented a car to drive in but arrived very late (very early) at 3:30 am. The owner was kind enough to work with us on the check in and we were able to successfully keep our plans for the morning of our arrival. ”First of all, your reqest for feedback sould be sent in the guest's language! That would show a connetion rather than making the guest feel simply like a reporter. I had two concerns. The room was very cold and I do not feel that guests should be asked to carry their garbage downstairs!!! I have never been told to do that at any other place Ihave stayed. ”We had an amazing stay at Piccole Donne. Titti has the unit beautifully decorated and well stocked. She is exceedingly nice and very responsive to text if we had any questions. She even had a map of good restaurants and places to visit readily available. We would love to come back. The only thing to be aware of is the unit is on the 4th floor and there are no elevators, so this unit would not suit anyone with mobility concerns. ”

"The pool was beautiful. Hotel itself would need an update, rooms started to look a bit worn out. Complimentary water was only given the first night, all though they didn’t recommend to drink the tap water. The service was not exceptional by any means but okay. Beautiful views over looking the bay of Naples and Vesuvius. Little improvements here and there would make a big difference."
