”room was amazing for the most part when i checked in room type was not available. property attempted to give me a twin room but i refused based on reservation and in term they provided with a suite that was above and beyond and exceptional with the upscale decor and amenities and spacious. the hotel lobby was modern and endless dining options in and around the hotel ”

”The location near the train station, airport busses, metro and pizzerias/restaurants was perfect. Otherwise the surrounding area was a bit scary and dirty in the evenings.”

”näköala kuin elokuvasta siis mahtava. korkealla. vaikea päästä hotellille sorrenton keskustasta.taxi suht kallis. sorrenton keskusta kiva, kaikki lähellä ,kaupat. satamasta pääsee kivasti caprille ja napoliin.kesällä tosi kaunis paikka. kannattaa käydä ehdottomasti.varovaisuutta varkaita varten.”

”"Luxury in small package" very luxury place and amazing garden. On breakfast on a balcony, you can see Sorrento, Vesuvius, Pompeji and mountains. Hotel is located central of everything. 30min walk to trainstation Via Nocera, and there you can travel Napoli, Pompeji, Sorrento and from there Amalfi..etc.etc. You can also ask from hotel transportation to trainstation cause they have car for that. They can also arrange trips where you like. There is also very cousy pool and best swiming guard...

”I know it’s off season, but the roof top patio was closed and there was never anyone working the bar. Also, the spa was nice was I slipped down the stairs in the pool because they were so slick. Maybe install some mosaic tiles so it’s not so slippery. The edges of the tile steps were very sharp, also. That’s very dangerous. Also, maybe put some foam mats around outside the showers and spa rooms so water doesn’t get everywhere.”

”Muy buen servicio. Nuestro administrador muy agradable, servicial y nos sentimos como princesas en la "estancia del príncipe ". El hotel es un cuarto piso sin ascensor. Eso hay que tomarlo en cuenta cuando se planee el viaje. En la puerta del edificio, una muy buena heladería artesanal y una cafetería. Muy recomendado el lugar.”

”Very nice hotel and perfect location for exploring the city and for day trips to the islands, Amalfi coast and Pompei. Staff was amazing, everyone was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again! Only small minus is that you can hear the street noise to the room. Bring earplugs with you. ”
