”David, the manager was so helpful, responsive and kind. He met us at the apartment and shared recommendations for the area. It was a rare heatwave and despite no AC he promptly brought up large fans, a brand new bed and extra pillows. The apartment was well appointed, had a washer with drying racks, extra coffee and very comfortable beds. It was perfect for us. ”Apartment had many small neglected, broken things. It gave me an impression that this venue is not well taken care of. Street level entrance lock broken, couch broken and dirty, floor lamp broken, TV not working etc. It is also noisy location especially if someone in nearby apartments is having a party, like happened during our stay. Location is convenient. With proper maintenance this would be A class apartment.”

”The property was great and it is well located. It was very comfy for us as a party. It has air conditioner. The bathroom was divided: the shower and a sink was inside the master bedroom and the toilet and other sink was at the entrance of the apartment. Be aware that has no washer machine. This was a con for us since we were traveling hoping form city to city. However, it was not listed as an amenity. ”
