”Very nice and central area, it was easy to get in, you get to codes for the main door and your room door. Wifi works well, it’s a nice space, everything you need is there. Very good value for the price, only thing it could have been a bit cleaner but no big deal. ”

”Apartment had many small neglected, broken things. It gave me an impression that this venue is not well taken care of. Street level entrance lock broken, couch broken and dirty, floor lamp broken, TV not working etc. It is also noisy location especially if someone in nearby apartments is having a party, like happened during our stay. Location is convenient. With proper maintenance this would be A class apartment.”

”The apartment is well-located and spacious, but badly in need of TLC. Many fixtures were broken, and the decor was dismal. The lounge in the sitting room - a fold out bed - was too uncomfortable to be used. Worst, the stair rail in the dimly-lit entry hall had come away from the wall, so was dangerous. ”

”Die Wohnung liegt perfekt um die Stadt zu erkunden. Ruhig an einem Park und doch in der Nähe von netten Restaurants. Das Europäische Parlament liegt direkt um die Ecke. Toller Service mit der Möglichkeit sein Auto in der Garage abzustellen. Für zwei bis drei Personen eine optimale Empfehlung. Danke Caroline für den sehr netten Empfang und die vielen Informativen.”

”The shower did not for 3 days and the property refused to fix or accommodate a room change. We also expected a self catering accommodation however we only had a microwave. Trying to reach out to the property is near enough impossible as they do not answer the phone and the customer service is awful as we were promised a full refund and are still waiting on the property to get in contact with Expedia. Further more the toilet walls had condensation and damp everywhere in addition to not having an...

”It was a very convenient location, but it was very noisy if windows were opened, they do not have AC in the unit, shower head was broken, drainage in showers not fast enough even though the water pressure is low, toilet seats do not align well. Very stinky when I first opened the bathroom door, it felt like someone boomed the bathroom before we arrived. Pillows smelt really bad like old moldy sweat smell, but the sheets and pillows covers were very clean. It is a walk up building, do not choose...

”We have enjoyed staying in this cosy apartment, placed in a nice neighbourhood with a shop just in the front door and a lovely bakery just few 100m away. The beds were really comfortable after a long day out walking and visiting Bruxelles with the whole family 😊 I strongly recommend.”

”The property was close to the train station and grocery stores, and within walking distance of the Old Town. It was a bit noisy at night (sirens). We wished there was a bathroom fan, but otherwise the unit was great: spacious, could sleep a lot of people, and cute loft (but very steep stairs to get to the loft). ”

”This was a perfect stay close to train station (5 min walk), clean spacious room, property manager greeted us and explained how to use everything. Washer/dryer very convenient. Candy bowl at entry was a nice special touch Beds super comfortable. Nice location very walkable. Electric bikes for rent nearby and I highly recommend them for getting around. They were super fun and easy to ride. I would most definitely stay here again. Breakfast was delivered to the room and was very good with many...

”We are a family of 4 from Canada. We stayed a few nights at Caroline’s house. Caroline met us and introduced to the house. It’s clean and roomy and located close to the city centre. You can walk easily everywhere. It has beautiful architecture. We enjoyed our stay”

”The horrible thing happened when we arrived at the hotel. We couldn't get the KEYS! The box with the keys inside could'nt be opened. We had to make a phone call to the staff. At first we were asked to go out and walk to the office and get new keys there. - We had luggage, we were tired, we've never visited the city before...It was not simple and easy to read the city map...What a big disappointment, we'll never forget this experience!...We made a phone call again.. there was another person now...

”Johanna could not have been nicer. My friends arrived from the States relatively early on our arrival date. They were able to at least drop off their bags and explore the neighborhood. The "how to" book was great and the added info we received from Johanna filled in the blanks not in the book. The neighborhood is super quiet and positioned very close to the Simonis Metro station. There is a lovely park across the street. We recommend this location highly.”
