Upea Oceanfront-huoneistohotelli Buceriasin sydämessä!

Katsokaa merta, kuunnellen surffata, kun taas lepäämme 4. kerroksen valtameren rannalla sijaitsevan huoneiston suurella terassilla. Kun kahvi on kädessä aamulla tai margarita auringonlaskun aikaan, tunnet varmasti upean näkymän auringonlaskun pohjoispuolella Punta Mitan yli ja eteläpuolella kohti Puerto Vallartaa, ja muotoilet viiden meripeninkulman rauhallisen rannan. Yksi Buceriasin kauneimmista ääretön uima-altaista odottaa aivan allasi.

On näkymiä useimmista paikoista tässä yksikössä; avoin ja tilava ruokailutila, gourmet-keittiö graniittiset työtasot, makuuhuone ja kylpyhuone sekä katsaus suoraan vierashuoneen avoimen oven läpi.

Muita mukavia mukavuuksia ovat kaksi sarjaa moottoroitua UV-suojaavaa pimennysverhoa ja läpinäkyvä kaihdin, jos haluat näkymän, mutta vähän vähemmän lämpöä. Patio ulottuu koko asunnon päässä vasemmasta makuuhuoneesta makuuhuoneeseen oikealla. On kävellä pesutupa.

Puuttemattomassa ja hyvin hoidetussa rakennuksessa on kuntosali, jossa on koneita, ilmaisia painoja, kuntopalloja, juoksumattoja ja kiinteitä pyöriä ensimmäisessä kerroksessa, lasilla kolmelta sivulta, jotta näkymät uima-altaalle ja merelle. Se on ihana paikka saada vähän liikuntaa kävelyn tai juoksemisen jälkeen rannalla!

Huoneistorakennuksen ja tonttien yleinen tuntuma on intiimi, tyylikäs ja hiljainen (muu kuin valtameri). Siellä on 24 tunnin vartiointi (tervehdys Martinille tai Vidalille) ja tontit ovat tahrattomia ja hyvin hoidettuja.

Sijainti, sijainti, sijainti… Huoneisto on lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä ravintoloista, kahviloista ja paikallisista kaupoista oikealle ylöspäin Lázaro Cárdenasiin ja erittäin lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä Buceriasin keskustaan, josta löydät perinteisen neliön, jossa on taco- ja churro-telineitä, bändejä ja Huichol-intialaiset myyvät tuotteitaan. Runsaasti ravintoloita, baareja ja muita nähtävyyksiä voidaan kävellä pohjoiseen tai etelään.

Jos aiot tutustua Riviera Nayaritiin tai Puerto Vallartaan etelään ja sinulla on vuokra-auto, meillä on turvallinen omistettu parkkipaikka.

Koska olemme 4B: n aivan uusia omistajia, tällä listalla ei ole vielä arvosteluja. Aikaisemmilla omistajilla oli luettelo tästä yksiköstä, ja siinä oli useita erinomaisia arvosteluja ihmisiltä, jotka paitsi rakastivat majoitusta ja sijaintia, mutta myös mukavuuksia ja aiemman omistajan huomion yksityiskohtiin (jotka pysyvät samana). Yksikkömme olisi hieno pariskunnille, perheille tai ystäväryhmille. Se nukkuu neljä aikuista mukavasti (yksi kuningas ja yksi kuningatar). Vierashuoneen kaapin kaapissa on kaksi erillistä puhallettavaa sänkyä pumpulla (ihanteellinen lapsille), jos lapset eivät halua jakaa sänkyä.

We loved the spectacular views from the generous balcony and loved listening to the ocean waves. It was so nice to be in a place that felt like home rather than a hotel. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen well supplied, and the pool fantastic! Great location and easy and prompt communication with the owners. Thanks so much!

Beautiful infinity pool, right on the beach with gorgeous views. The location couldn't be better and working with Cecil was a pleasure. The condo is really, really well supplied, including pool toys.

This was our second time staying in Bucerias and first time staying at this property. Being on the beach was amazing and the pool was great and not too busy. The location was centrally located so easy to get to both sides of town. Overall the building and condo were very clean and quiet (besides the sounds of waves crashing) and we really enjoyed slow mornings on the patio that overlooked the ocean.

its a beautiful apartment, well laid out with a gorgeous large balcony facing the ocean. saw some of the most beautiful sunsets ever. being so close to the water was exceptional. there where a couple of issues when checking in. got a little scare when we called for an early check-in and were told that we are not registered for check-in that day. after looking into it they realized there was a mistake. Because of this the apartment wasn't clean when we arrived which did eventually happen 3 hours after check-in. other then this we had a great stay.

Comfortable master with stunning views. Great kitchen fully stocked. Nice cool air conditioners. Only recommendation is a more comfortable bed for guest room. It's very firm. Owner Cecil was very nice and let us check out a little late due to our flight time.

Lovely Oceanside condo. Property and grounds are immaculate. Spent hours in the infinity pool. The condo had everything you could possibly require for a vacation of total relaxation. Would definitely come back.

This was the second time my son and I stayed at this wonderful condo in Bucerias. Once again, it did not disappoint. The condo is beautiful and well appointed, and occupies the best spot on the beach. Kudos to the property manager, Teresa. One morning my son and I got up to head out for some jet skiing but had placed our cash in the safe and found the battery dead when we went to retrieve it. I called Teresa who had Alejandro arrive, open the safe, and change the battery within 15 minutes of my call. Teresa was extremely polite and helpful, and Alejandro was fast, efficient, and a true gentleman. I couldn’t recommend this gem more.

The condo is new, well appointed, and on an excellent stretch of beach in Bucerias. The building is well maintained, with a terrific pool and access, through a locked gate, to the beach. It’s location is within walking distance of my favorite spots in Bucerias. The only downside to our stay was construction noise from a building going up next door, and two days of jackhammering on the pool deck just below and to the left of the condo. The ocean sounds served to minimize the noise of the construction next door, but the jackhammering was a bit annoying. But, that did not undermine the quality of our nine day stay to the extent I’d give anything other than 5 stars across the board.

The condo was wonderful and as advertised. It was close to everything and were able to walk everywhere. The tenants at the complex were very nice and willing help us out with any inquires we had. The locals were so friendly and helpful too. This was our first time to Bucerias and first time back to Mexico in 8 years. We will certainly be returning. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

Great spot just off the Kissing Bridge in Bucerias. It was our second visit back to this complex in a year, because we like it so much. The pool is fantastic. The neighbors in the complex were wonderful and fun and as always we had a great time.

Cecil’s condo was perfect for our 2 week stay; close to excellent restaurants, shopping & great beach walks. The complex is very well maintained by a friendly staff & security is excellent. The condo was comfortable & well carried for. We’d love to rent with Cecil again. Whale watching trip was outstanding.

This is a wonderful property located right on the beach. Walking distance to great restaurants and galleries. Our host is very accommodating and the property manager handled an issue with our refrigerator in the unit within 2 hours of our phone call. Highly recommend!

This apartment was awesome the views are amazing,there is everything you need in the apartment ,the location is perfect close enough to everything but not to close ,great restuarants in walking distance ,a fab beach on your doorstep. Management on hand when you need them , the owners keep in touch to make sure everything was ok .. We will return, On a bad note not anybodys fault but ours I wouldn’t go again in October the weather was nice but the Humidity was awful for us anyway ,for others it may not be a problem ,and to be fair the pool solved a lot of that problem. All in all a great vacation and great place to stay ..

Overall we had a pleasant stay. Check-in should have been smoother. First, no one was at lobby desk but after some time waiting, we were finally let inside after someone saw my car. We were there precisely at 4:00 pm at check-in time. And the apt.’is on the Left exiting the elevator. Not the right as instructions say. Most importantly, much stress and concern could have been eliminated had we been informed of the description of the car remote control as it was not what we expected or looked for. I suggest leaving it marked in a manila envelope for your guests with second set keys included there also. Or ZipLock bag but bag Marked!! We could not find the second set of keys either. They were not on counter as told. They had been put inside a vase over on a side table and there were multiple sets of keys there inside. ?We did not think to take lid off vases to look inside as we thought they were supposed to be on counter. Fortunately we were not leaving condo until next morning. Also the AC was not working well in one bedroom. Teresa was very quick to respond to my call and come personally next day and send maintenance. But It would be better if someone would check those things BEFORE a guest arrival. It is very hot right now and to be with ailing AC makes for sleepless night. It was most unfortunate. And it resulted In a very hectic unpleasant first night and negative impression. We did appreciate the prompt response the next morning when we called . Thanks Teresa. It worked fine from then on! The automatic door seems to have issues. Does not work sometimes. And no one hears the bell. Once we were trying to get in when it was raining. It did not work. Got super wet trying to ring bell. No one came. Finally we got in! If door is not working well then someone should be at lobby desk at all times. There are many reasons why one doesn’t want to sit outside in a car hoping for someone to appear to open the door. The condo itself is very well equipped and the location great for convenience for nearby services. The only appliance we were surprised not to find was a microwave. We searched every nook and did not find one . I would suggest adding that as a basic. A magnificent view and balcony is the greatest plus of the condo. And it is very well cleaned. Bucerías is a fantastic beach town with great restaurants and beaches. I recommend Armando’s and Quinta di Francesco. Both superb!!

The location of this property cannot be beat. You are able to walk to all of the restaurants and shops. The unit itself is very much as it appears in the pictures. Can use some updating but overall it was great. The view is incredible. Our stay was in early June so we pretty much had the entire building to ourselves. Overall it was definitely a great find in Bucerias and we will definitely be back.

We came with a group of 16 of our friends. The second time staying at this property. 1st time staying in this unit. Everything was great. Property manager did not communicate with us except text. Was hard to communicate over text with her. We were trying to get a better air mattress. She brought us the same size that was already in the unit! That could have been better. No problems with individual unit! View superb!!!
