Hyvä palvelu ja hinta/laatu suhde
Olimme varsin tyytyväisiä tähän hotelliin. Henkilökunta oli erinomaista ja ruoka todella hyvää. Wifi toimi moitteettomasti ja huoneet olivat siistit. Jos on pakko valittaa, niin Accor kanta-asiakasjärjestelmän pitäisi ottaa Platina jäsenet huomioon, vaikka varaus tehtiinkin netin kautta.......

for those who book on the expedition, you will see that at the reception they will ask for money for the city tax, but you have already paid it. check please, I do not recommend they have mice, insects, the carpet is very dirty, everything is old

Lovely and friendly staff members. The room was very large and clean. Only issue was the heating was constantly on and the room was very warm despite having the window open for our whole trip. The reception staff had no fans and could offer no ther solution. Hotel is in a good position to explore.

Staff on reception were helpful and friendly, Very clean, Good location. However Air conditioning did not work correctly, woke up in middle of night to 32 degrees. Fridge did not work.

Hotel organised a night party in the lobby bar with club-loud music on one of the evenings. The place is not designed to sound proof that and you could hear the music and feel the bass in the 3rd floor rooms. Reception knew it’s a problem and they stopped answering phone calls from the rooms about 12am. I went downstairs to ask them if they have any plans to lower the music as it was 1am and they said no plans. It was so bad that a room from 4th floor called the police. They stopped only after police arrived regardless that everyone in the hotel was complaining about it.

Great location. Nice breakfast. Room was clean. The gym was terrible. 3 of 4 machines were out of order, and there were no towels available in the gym. They also didn't make an update to the booking and made an incorrect charge on my credit card.

Oggi siamo rientrati da Bucarest dopo aver soggiornato in questo hotel. Posizione centrale vicino a dei ristoranti e supermercati. Da lì ci siamo mossi benissimo per visitar la città e vicino anche ai punti di incontro per le varie attività prenotate. Stanza pulitissima, inoltre un giorno abbiamo dimenticato la cassaforte aperta con una somma consistente di denaro preoccupati perché lontani poiche eravamo in gruppo a visitare i castelli in Transilvania ma al nostro ritorno la stanza era stata pulita e tutto ritrovato come l avevamo lasciato. Chech in purtroppo possibile farlo solo dalle 15 in poi però sono stati gentili a tenerci le valigie e nell attesa siamo usciti. Consiglio sicuramente e se ci tornerei andrei a occhi chiusi di nuovo in questa struttura.

City Centreと言う割には周囲にレストランがない。 休日に、ホテル前の道路が通行止めになり、Uberで車を呼ぶのに苦労した。あの日だけだろうか？

Tutto ok, a parte il fatto che, nonostante al ns. arrivo la camera fosse già disponibile, ci hanno chiesto € 25,00 per darcela prima del check in previsto per le ore 15,00, facendoci così girare per la città con i “bagagli” al seguito. Su questo aspetto, avremmo gradito un po’ più di elasticità, flessibilità e disponibilità da parte della struttura.
