Reception oli hyvä. Ravintolan henkilökunta oli pettymys. Juttelevat toistensa kanssa ja asiakkaat tuntuivat häiritsevän. Aamiasella lautaset vietiin pois, vaikka ruokailu olin kesken. Kahvi piti itse hakea jakelupisteistä. Erikoiskahvien osalla ok, mutta muuten tuntui, että kahvinjuontia rajoitetaan! Lounaalla sama asia juomien suhteen.

Good stay
Good location.all staff polite. Room good size. Bathrobe and slippers provided but no free water. 24h room service. Good breakfast but rather busy. One morning my unstarted breakfast had been cleared away while I went to get juice. That was strange. Some noisy people in hallways during the night. Front lobby has a taxi ordering machine which is good in a city where many some taxis try to overcharge.

Good location
Good location within walking distance to sightseeing as well as business meetings. Friendly and polite front desk staff. Room is good size. I asked for a quiet room but it was towards the street with some traffic noise but not too much to keep me awake. However there were some noisy people at night in the hallway, not for long periods of time but enough to wake me up every night. Bedside lamp did not function. On one day the cleaning staff left the used coffee cup as it was. So there were some minor things that did not quite work out but mostly everything was fine. Bottled water is not provided free. However, a pleasant surprise was that there was a bathrobe and slippers. It was important for me that there is 24h room service which I did not find out in advance (I knew there might be a late evening return to the hotel and was worried if there is anything to eat). No password was needed for the wifi which is always a plus. All in all I liked the hotel and would stay there again.

I loved the quality of the restaurants and the staff. Despite being in Romania where there are not many, in my experience, who speak english; All of the staff spoke english and were very helpful at helping me find my way. I booked this hotel over my other options due to the advertised out door pool and the sauna. What I was not told is that the pool is closed and being renevated and the inside pool is a seperate business that is open to the public for access. The gym was nice but very difficult to get to and was also part of this seperate business. I never could find the sauna which was hidden away in an over crowded locker room. Knowing these things would have made me choose a different hotel. The rest of the property and the fantastic dinning options on-site, more than made up for the defeciencies and gave me an experience that I didn’t ask for but wanted. I am very happy with the decision to stay here and look foreward to returning when the pool is open.

The hotel and the room were lovely as were the staff, especially the catering staff who were amazing. The location is also very central. When my husband wanted to use the indoor pool, he was told he would need a swimming hat. The one on offer at the pool was overpriced. Additionally, the day before we saw other people being let in without any hat. This inconsistently applied rule (that did not allow for my husband to use a shower cap) was designed to make the company that runs the gym/pool money. It is unfair not to warn guests about this, so they can bring their own swimming hats.

Acn funkade inte här heller och efter mycket om och men kom en man och lagade den..

3 night stay in a superior room 30.9-03.10.23 overall,a great experience in all aspects.a very minor "misshap" set right by Alexandra from guest relations.unexpected and not asked for,and a professional staff member.generally all the staff I encountered during my stay-top class.2 dinners at their outlets did not disappoint.
