”We recently stayed at an individual house in the Poconos, and it turned out to be a wonderful getaway for our family. The house itself was spacious, clean, and very well maintained. It had a cozy, welcoming feel with plenty of natural light and comfortable furniture. ”We were 7 people and the space was perfect. The space was very clean and cozy. I really appreciated that each room in the house had its own thermostat and temperature control and we were able to make the house warm and cozy. I've stayed in the same community at different homes before where the temperature control was not great and felt it was either too cold or too warm or the floors were freezing. They also had an easy turn on switch fireplace which was really nice. The kids enjoyed the pool...

”Location was quaint and check in very easy. Host was communicative. However, ACs were finnicky. Kitchen and living room subject to arctic blasts while rooms overheated and suddenly turn off. Living room TV remote was non-functioning even with batteries replaced. Outside lights over the fire pit were broken. But worst of all, there was also a water leak coming from the ceiling on our second night, perhaps to no fault of the host, but still took from the experience. Would not recommend unless...
