”Breakfast was ok.”

”Hotel was conveniently located by the Sherman Theater where we had tickets to a show. We were able to walk to & from & felt safe walking at night. Staff was very personable & accommodating. Breakfast had a variety of choices & coffee was always available. Room was clean & beds/pillows comfortable. Only negative was odor in room & hall that was heavily scented with air freshener. We would stay here again when in town for a show.”

”The hotel was friendly, clean, and tidy per usual but as the hot water was out most of the time over the course of two days, and the hotel seemed happy to charge full rates rather than adjusting them for the lack of one of THE primary services a hotel should be providing, I must ding the score. Thankfully they did repair the boiler in a relatively quick manner (considering the scope of the job) but they seemingly had no conception of compensating for their lack of what is arguably one of their...

”Property was clean and breakfast was decent. What I didn’t like was that they are remodeling and they started working before 8 AM on a Saturday. They were hammering directly below our room and my wife and I could hear everything clearly and it woke us up.”

”Disgusting property. Filthy carpeting, iuts shows clear and long term neglect. The room ite;f was not so bad- clean bathroom, bed seemed ok, but the carpeting was F I L T H Y. For SHAME Super8... the powers that be wouldnt spend any time in such conditions, so why should your customers? Breakfast is a JOKE!!!!!!! The coffee machie makes colored watr, horible pre packaged muffins and granola bars, the crappiest yogurt (its not yogusrt, it's modofied corn starch glop) on the market. ...

”The 2nd shift staff were amazing. The young one the next morning was rude. Called the front desk to ask about breakfast times. He answered the phone with "what do you want?" Then when i asked where breakfast was located he told me it's over in 4 min. I told him that's not what i asked. My kids were in there eating. ”

”The pool was amazing. It’s heated to 90° and it’s a saltwater pool so relaxing we were able to order drinks and enjoy and the staff at the hotel. You’re so professional and friendly. We will definitely be there again at such a pleasant experience. It was my wife’s birthday and she had so much fun.!!!”

”Eugene was very welcoming and accommodating. We loved the charm and history of the old Inn. Very nice fitness area and several sitting rooms on the main floor. Quiet area but not far from stores/dining. If you don't want to climb the stairs, request a room on the ground floor. Definitely would stay here again.”

”Outside property and surrounding area was beautiful. Cottages look great from the outside however the one I stayed in needs an upgrade!(#50) The bedroom was fine(except for paint peeling on the ceiling) and the blinds and balance were outdated and fridge was noisy. The bathroom needs a serious upgrade! Toilet too low, mirror over sink to high, and tub didn’t drain. After two showers there was over a foot of standing water. Doors were not the most secure. I would have liked to have known...
