”Ich war zum zweiten Mal im Moserhof und war wieder sehr zufrieden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir hatten Schlechtwetter aber die Sauna und der indoor Wellnessbereich hat uns ‚gerettet‘. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten können optimiert werden, wie zB die Klappliegen im Wellnessbereich die schon ‚durch‘ sind und auch optisch nicht ins ansonsten so schöne, hochwertige Ambiente passen. Das Dampfbad setzt den Boden im Bereich davor unter Wasser, da wäre vielleicht ein zusätzlicher Abfluss wichtog....

”Very beautiful hotel near the Schlossberg. The room had a great atmosphere with very nice decor. The room was quite spacey as well. Breakfast was very high quality, for the price 21 euros it was worth it. I had a small complaint about the noices but the staff took it very well and reacted. The staff was extremely friendly and polite throughout my whole visit. Would recommend the hotel anyday!”

”We enjoyed our stay in this conveniently located apartment. We walked to the museums and theater, even in the snow, it was not far. The underground is a block away and there were always taxis passing by. There is a Billa grocery very close and we were able to cook and relax in this spacious apartment. My only complaint is that one of the duvets (under the duvet cover) was stained with blood and should be removed. ”

”Perfect location. Good breakfast. Convenient parking. But…. Our big room with stunning park/casino view wasn’t in good condition . No air conditioning, we couldn’t even open the window because of huge black bugs. Safe in the room was out of order ( probably low battery). Fridge cabinet was empty. Nice hotel but weak management. ”

”2 night weekend trip in Graz. Chose this hotel mainlu due to the central location which is very convenient indeed if you wish to walk around main sights. Also very close to many great restaurants. Breakfast was outstanding, plenty of choises and high quality. Bar was also nice, cozy athmosphere, drinks ok. Rooms however, are quite odd. Lots of space but not very well utilized. The furnitures weird and quite worn. Bed not very comfortable. Also can hear noises from rooms next door.”
