"Location was really good, close to the city centre and U-bahn to get around Vienna. However it was noisy during the nights. Service was good, breakfast was okand it was nice to get speciality coffees at breakfast. Another downside was the shower in the room, where humidity was an issue and there was a funky smell from the sewer. "

"Hotel personnel is eager to help you with everything and any need gets's fulfilled fast (extra pillows or towels, booking of transportation). Bed was extra wide providing comfort. We were on wedding anniversary trip and it was nicely noticed with a card a piece of chocolate cake. Location couldn't be better- main sights and restaurants & cafe's are within easy walking distance."

"Location is perfect for a traveller who wants to get familiar with the old city centrum by walking or public transport. Room was large and comfortable, we were four of us overnighting. Hotel crew was friendly and showed respect for all. No worries was always the answer when trying to solve some travellers problems and then we were helped right away. Breakfast was every morning tasty and reasonable, set up was fresh. I think this hotel has almost none wastefood. I recommend hotel specially for families, the atmosphere is peaceful."
